Name: Banafrit (Egyptian for "Beautiful Soul") Age: rumored to be as old as Ancient Egypt itself, maybe older.
Desciption and Purpose: Daughter of the Egytian God of Death, Anubis, and daughter of an unknown foreign maiden, Banafrit had been given the task of guiding the souls of the dead to the River Styx for her father to lead to the Afterlife.
The Holy Cross on her forehead is shrouded in mystery but is said that sometime during Christ's reign, before Christ's Death, she had come to take great interest in Judas Iscariot, traitor of Christ. If she had ever confronted him or not was never told or if she had deep feelings for him.
Those who had seen her roaming in the Valley of the Kings or at the supposed sight of where Judas hung himself, say that she has a beauty that rival the Goddesses of Heaven but her eyes rival that of a Demon's.
Hehe, yeah I just looked that up. But to me, every religion and myth are connected, especially in terms of the underworld and the path to the afterlife. Plus, I really drew this off the bat for a Shinigami contest and wanted to try my luck. that's all;;;
I like it.
I like it a lot.
